Outlook Festival was held at the ex-Caserma on Via Guido Reni. From further research, I found out this was an old army barrack dating from around 1915.  Artists from all over the world transformed the abandoned buildings into jaw-dropping pieces of art.

I had a real crush on Graffiti art while I was a kid, so it I was thrilled to see at Ex-Caserma the works some of my favorite artists such as Honet (FR) or Felipe Panton (AR).

The most interesting section of the exhibition was the installation “Waves” by Quiet Ensemble (Fabio Di Salvo & Bernardo Vercelli). Check the video below
